Hi, I’m Mandy B (Mandy Buddenberg — a creative Dutch but international entrepreneur and soul with a passion for edgy fashion, unique lifestyles, and bold self-expression). I started it is Mandy Style because I couldn’t find a space that celebrated edgy, tomboy, and alternative feminine styles without judgment or limitation. I started with itismandy.com, but changed to itismandy style to focus more on fashion, lifestyle and less on beauty.
My goal is simple: to empower women to live boldly, love their unique selves, and embrace fashion as a form of self-identity and therapy. I believe that fashion is not about fitting in—it’s about standing out.
Why I Created Mandy Style
I wanted to give voice and visibility to women who don’t follow the mainstream. Whether you’re emo, queer, tomboy, sensitive, creative, or just unapologetically yourself — you belong here.
Through this platform, I share my own experiences, style choices, and inspirations to help others find the courage to express themselves fully. Let’s break the rules and redefine what beauty and femininity mean.

- Draws inspiration from Dutch nature, street art, and pop culture
- Fan of Lady Gaga, Rita Ora, Rihanna, Angelina Jolie and all strong, fearless women
- Currently living in the Netherlands (would not mind moving to another country).
- Building a movement, not just a brand. Im here for the young insecure ladies to believe in themselves.
